February 21 - 28, 2026
“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.“
“Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes”.
Carl Gustav Jung
INVITATION
Within each of us lies a shadow – not as an enemy, but as an inner guide, guardian of our hidden truth and strength. When we deny it, life becomes fragmented. But when we face it and embrace it, we discover our authentic Self, freedom, and the power to embrace life with an open heart.
We invite you into a space of stillness and exploration, where we will journey together through a process of integrating unconscious aspects of the self to become complete, shedding societal psychopathology and expectations, and pursuing our innate potential.
This is a path of returning to yourself, a step toward wholeness.
WHY WORK WITH THE SHADOW?
Each of us carries within an inner shadow – the aspects of ourselves we have hidden, denied, or rejected. The shadow is not only about darkness, but also about a reservoir of vitality, creativity, and personal truth.
In ancient Greek culture, Daemon did not mean an evil spirit, but an inner guide of the soul, a mediator between our human nature and our deeper essence. The shadow can be understood in this way: as an inner Daemon, sometimes unsettling, yet essential for living authentically.
THE PERSONALITY NUCLEUS AND THE ROLE OF THE SHADOW
At the heart of our identity lies the core of personality, or personality nucleus – the stable center of our values, emotions, and beliefs.
When we reject the shadow, the core becomes rigid, fragmented, and we live with the sense that something is missing. When we integrate the shadow, the core grows stronger, more balanced and authentic, and able to sustain the wholeness of our inner life.
WHAT YOU WILL DISCOVER IN THIS RETREAT:
– How to recognize and listen to your shadow.
– How to strengthen your personality core through integration and ownership.
– Understanding the dynamics of your personality nucleus.
– Shadow work techniques inspired by contemporary psychoanalysis and psychological profiling.
– Hypnotic induction sessions, guided meditations and shadow integration through movement.
– Creative writing tools for self-exploration and photo-art therapy as a shadow integration technique.
– How to awaken hidden resources for authenticity, courage, and vitality.
THE BENEFITS OF SHADOW INTEGRATION
– Resilience and mental flexibility in the face of change.
– Increased self-awareness and authenticity, leading to a more complete and integrated self.
– It fosters self-acceptance and compassion, improving relationships and fostering emotional intelligence.
– Shadow work can also boost creativity, reduce stress and anxiety, break self-sabotaging patterns, and support overall personal growth and healing from trauma.
